Salad! I made a salad, with a little bit of ranch, and put a chicken pattie in it(only 180 cal for chicken, which is better than normal for me.)
I didn’t fix a lot, but it still made me full!
Okay, so I need to ask two favors of y’all. One: what are some good lunch ideas that are healthy? I take my lunch to school and I get bored of eating the same thing everyday..
And two: my friend’s birthday was yesterday, and tonight we are going to chili’s to celebrate her 18th birthday. Does anybody have any suggestions for a meal I can order tonight?

So I’m not even gonna lie to you right now. I so messed up this week. It was like junk food 24/7. And in the back of my mind all I could think of was “Is this gonna help you lose weight and feel better?” and everytime I ate the answer would be “No.”
I just need motivation, that’s all. My friends are super skinny so of course they don’t need to lose weight. My brother is Mr. Metabolism and my parents don’t care. I need a weightless buddy or something. Because I can tell losing weight will be hard.
But it will be worth it.
I meant to post yesterday but I had a lot of stuff going on. First, RANT: I’m getting skinny. I’m sick of being the fat friend. The one everyone loves because I’m…I dunno. My friends are sticks, 5’0, weighing 100 lbs. Here’s me, 5’7, 143. (most possibly muscle?)
Goodness. I’m becoming skinny, but I’m doing it the healthy way!
Because I’m getting sick of seeing people starve themselves.
Anyways, today food wise was awful for me.
Granola bar for breakfast.
Granola bar, nasty crackers, nutella/peanut butter sandwich, an some 100 cal packet.
Chicken and fries for supper.
Ugh, I know. I didn’t even put up the calories I was so ashamed. Goodness, if I didn’t play softball everyday, I’d be a whale. Doing better tomorrow!!
I am so sick of seeing 400 calorie intakes on my dashboard.

Well..I had softball all day. HAD to eat. chicken and fries..but that’s all I’ve eaten. I don’t think I’ll eat supper tonight. Ran half a mile last night though! Wearing a sweatshirt around the house so I will sweat…hahah.

I do apologize for not posting! So so sorry. School has been hectic.. To catch you back up: no, I’ve remained 145 pounds.
I always gain weight in softball season to gain carbs, but since season is halfway over I can start eating more healthy again.(:
So I’m excited, but I’m gonna need a lot of encouragement. Sorry if I’ve let anyone down! Letting myself down..yeah, never doing that again.

Softball was hard. Eating habits were okay.
Don’t wanna talk about today, wasn’t bad or good. But somehow sad…send me messages to cheer me up? LOL JK. i’m not like that. butt…messages would be nice
So I’m back on track..kinda
Breakfast: Chicken and Biscuit. (I was hungry. Quickest thing that sounded appealing at the moment. don’t judge. (: )
Lunch: Chicken alfredo (had to eat lunch with da fam, didn’t eat all of it.)
Supper: Some lean cuisine stuff. (I know regret it. It was only 290 calories but it didn’t taste all that great…)
Then I ran a mile on the treadmile. Worst mile I’ve ever ran. I had to stop halfway to take my heart medicine because my heart was hurting so bad! I need to get back into shape. I’m planning on running a mile everyday at least five days a week. And of course, eating more fruits and veges.
